International Orders

  • International shipments are subject to additional charges (Shipping charge may differ depending on its destination country).
  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, shipping and insurance charges.
  • All international orders will be handled within the boundary of United States trade laws and within our company policy.
  • No international laws and foreign trade customary practice will be applied.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to Covid -19 safety instruction form state government, we no longer accept return nor exchange of all face masks until further notice.
  • No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization.
  • All claims must be made within (10) days upon receiving the goods.
  • Defective goods must be received within (10) days after the RA# is issued.
  • We cannot accept return goods that are soiled, worn, bears markings, stickers, or without the original tags.
  • All shipping fee for return or exchange is on customer's account.
  • Other returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee with freight prepaid.
  • Returns & exchanges cannot be honored for all international orders.
  • This is due to related import tax and duty and other complication of having order returned to us.
